Marketing Manager (1 post)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop a computerised customer and prospect database (RADIUS).
- Plan and carry out direct marketing activities (principally direct mail and/or visit)
- Develop ideas and create offers for direct marketing to major clients.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
- Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability for marketing and sales reporting
purposes.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid
business and organizational development.
- Sales & Marketing staff management, motivation, training, recruitment and selection.
- Performing other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications and Experiences
- Graduate Degree in Management, Marketing, or other related field
- At least 2 years experience in Marketing or relevant field
- Excellent and strong communication skills
- Fluency in English and Lao (Written and Spoken)
IT Engineer (3 posts)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Take Incoming Calls
- Always maintain a helpful and professional demeanour which is indicative of a World-Class organization
- Every inbound Customer Call gets assigned a support ticket number
- Make Outbound Calls
- Special Projects will require calling to gather information, inform customers of upcoming events, etc.
- Every Outbound Customer Call gets assigned a support ticket number
- Respond to incoming emails
- Copy and paste all emails into Ticketing System
- Respond to emails from the Ticketing system
- Every Customer Email gets assigned a support ticket number
- Troubleshoot Issues
- Troubleshoot escalated technical issues
- Provide overflow phone and onsite support
- Server Administration
- Provide the CPE installation at customer premises as required and instructed by TM and SM
- Other Duties as assigned by Technical Manager(TM) and/or Service Support Manager (SM)
Qualifications and Experiences
- Graduate Diploma/Degree in IT or other related field
- Preferably experience in hardware and networking
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong service orientation
- Fluency in English and Lao (Written and Spoken)
Customer Service (2 posts)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Interfacing with customers
- Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone, voice mail, and e-mail requests for assistance from users experiencing problems.
- Processes and activates new PLANET residential services accounts.
- Gives advice to customers about the company’ products and services.
- Assists PLATNET customers with questions regarding registration, billing and invoicing.
- Promotes PLANET through ensuring high quality service and customers’ satisfaction.
- Provides other general customer services.
Qualifications and Experiences
- Graduate Diploma/Degree in Management or other related field
- At lease a year of experience in customer care
- Excellent and strong communication skills
- Strong service orientation
- Fluency in English and Lao (Written and Spoken)
